Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders placed with PhotoMania Embrun may be modified or cancelled. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the conditions below.
1. General Cancellation Terms
Orders may only be cancelled prior to the start of production or processing.
Customers must contact PhotoMania Embrun as soon as possible after placing an order if they wish to request a cancellation.
Once an order has entered production, it becomes final and can no longer be cancelled due to the personalized and/or custom nature of our products and services.
2. Custom and Personalized Products
Most products offered by PhotoMania Embrun are made-to-order and customized according to customer specifications.
As such, cancellations are not permitted once production or processing has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Photo prints and enlargements
- Framed photographs
- Personalized gifts and merchandise
- Custom phone cases
- Crystal engraving and specialty products
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details prior to confirmation.
3. Order Modifications
Requests to modify an order (including images, sizes, or product selections) must be submitted promptly.
Modifications are only possible if the order has not yet entered production.
PhotoMania Embrun does not guarantee the ability to modify an order once processing has started.
4. Online Orders and Pay-on-Pickup Orders
Orders placed online for in-store pickup may be cancelled without penalty only if production has not begun.
If an order is not collected within a reasonable timeframe and no communication is received from the customer, PhotoMania Embrun reserves the right to cancel the order.
5. Local Delivery Orders
Orders scheduled for local delivery may be cancelled only prior to the start of production and confirmation of delivery arrangements.
Once production has begun or delivery has been scheduled, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Delivery fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once delivery has been scheduled or completed.
6. Definition of Production Start
For the purpose of this policy, “production start” refers to any of the following:
- Image processing or editing
- Printing or material preparation
- Custom design setup or engraving initiation
- Order fulfillment or packaging preparation
Once any of these steps have begun, the order is considered in production.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate before confirming their purchase, including images, text, sizes, and product selection.
PhotoMania Embrun is not responsible for errors approved by the customer at the time of order placement.
