At Photomania Embrun, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable service. The following policy outlines our order processing, pickup, delivery, and shipping procedures.

 

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within the estimated timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Level of customization

  • Order complexity

  • Current order volume

  • Seasonal demand

Estimated completion dates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Customers will be notified by email, telephone, or other agreed communication methods once their order is ready for pickup or delivery.

 

2. In-Store Pickup

Photomania Embrun offers free in-store pickup for all orders.

Customers will receive a notification once their order is ready.

To collect an order, customers may be asked to present:

  • Their order confirmation email; and/or

  • Valid identification

Orders should be picked up within a reasonable period after notification has been sent.

Photomania Embrun reserves the right to charge storage fees or dispose of unclaimed orders after an extended period, where permitted by law.

 

3. Local Delivery (Within 20 km)

Photomania Embrun offers local delivery within a maximum radius of 20 kilometers from our store location.

Delivery availability may vary depending on scheduling, order size, and destination.

Delivery fees, when applicable, will be communicated and approved before order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on:

  • Order volume

  • Production requirements

  • Delivery location

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic conditions

All delivery dates and times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Photomania Embrun is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

 

4. Delivery Conditions

Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

Customers or designated recipients should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.

If the recipient is unavailable:

  • Delivery may be rescheduled;

  • Additional delivery charges may apply.

Once an order has been delivered to the specified address, it will be considered received and accepted unless any damage, defect, or discrepancy is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order immediately upon receipt.

 

5. Shipping Availability

At this time, Photomania Embrun does not offer standard shipping services outside of our local delivery area.

Orders must either be:

  • Picked up at our store; or

  • Delivered locally within our designated delivery radius.

Should shipping services become available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

 

6. Order Delays

While we strive to complete and deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand;

  • Equipment maintenance or technical issues;

  • Supplier delays;

  • Severe weather conditions;

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Photomania Embrun shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers will be notified as soon as possible in the event of significant delays.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Photomania Embrun shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from delays, failed deliveries, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
