Shipping policy

PhotoMania Embrun is a local, physical retail store. We currently offer in-store pickup rather than home delivery or shipping for online orders.

Our goal is to make ordering online convenient while continuing to provide the personal service of a local store.

How Store Pickup Works

Place your order online.
Select Store Pickup at checkout.
We prepare your order.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
Visit PhotoMania Embrun during our regular business hours to pick up your order.

Please wait until you receive your “Order Ready for Pickup” notification before coming to the store for orders that require production.

Pickup times vary depending on the product, quantity and production requirements.

Some products may be available for same-day pickup, while personalized or larger orders may require additional processing time.

The estimated preparation time will be displayed on the applicable product page or communicated when your order is placed.

If you need an order by a specific date, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so that we can confirm the expected turnaround time.

PhotoMania currently does not offer home delivery or shipping for online orders.

Online orders are prepared for Store Pickup at our Embrun location.

If our fulfillment options change in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Customers are responsible for picking up completed orders after receiving notification that the order is ready.

If an order remains unclaimed for an extended period, PhotoMania may contact the customer to arrange pickup.

For custom and personalized products, customers remain responsible for the order even if they do not immediately pick it up.
