Refund policy
At Photomania Embrun, we take pride in the quality of our products and services, as well as the relationships we build with our customers. Every order is important to us, especially when it involves personalized creations.
We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The following policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and order-related situations are handled.
1. Custom and Personalized Products
Because most of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer, all personalized items are considered final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Enlargements and canvases
-
Framed photographs
-
Crystal engravings
-
Personalized gifts
-
Custom phone cases

Photo books
-
Any item produced using customer-supplied images, text, or specifications
Once production has started, personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If an error occurred on our part or if the product is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or reprint the item at no additional cost.
2. Non-Personalized Items
Returns for non-customized retail items (such as selected accessories, jewelry, or other retail merchandise) may be accepted within 7 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The original packaging must be included.

Proof of purchase must be provided.
Depending on the circumstances, Photomania Embrun may issue either a refund or store credit.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions.
3. Order Pickup
Most orders are prepared for pickup directly at our store.
Customers are encouraged to bring their order confirmation email or proof of purchase when collecting their order.
Orders should be picked up within a reasonable period once notification has been sent that the order is ready.
Photomania Embrun reserves the right to charge storage fees or dispose of unclaimed orders after an extended period.
4. Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within a radius of up to 20 km from our store location.
Delivery availability and timelines may vary depending on the nature of the order, workload, and seasonal demand.
Delivery fees may apply and will be communicated before order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Photomania Embrun cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been delivered, it will be considered accepted unless an issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Order cancellations or modifications can only be processed if production has not yet begun.
Once production has started, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund personalized orders.
Any deposit paid for custom or personalized products becomes non-refundable once production has commenced.
6. Image Quality and Customer Responsibility
The quality of personalized products depends significantly on the quality and resolution of the images provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted files are clear, properly cropped, and of sufficient resolution for printing.
Photomania Embrun cannot guarantee satisfactory results when low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, poorly cropped, or otherwise unsuitable files are supplied.
By submitting an image, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the final product quality may be limited by the quality of the original file.
7. Limitation of Liability
Photomania Embrun shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product or service in question.
